Where every loc journey begins

All new clients must book a New Client Consultation before scheduling any other service. During this visit we will get to know each other and figure out the best direction to go with your loc journey. Once you are approved as a client, you can book your regular appointments.

Some people tell me my services can be pricey. Here is what you are paying for. You get my full attention from start to finish, work that looks the same at every visit, and a care plan that keeps your locs healthy long term.

Cheaper often means rushed, and your locs deserve better than rushed.

Your Part of the Process

Healthy locs are a partnership. Every client follows a loc care routine during the week so results keep growing between visits.

Before You Book

These policies keep my schedule fair for every client. Please read them before booking.

Deposits

A $25 deposit is required when you book. The remaining balance is due at your appointment.

New Clients

All new clients must book a New Client Consultation. During this visit we will get to know each other and figure out the best direction to go with your loc journey.

Booking Calendar

The calendar opens on the 22nd of each month at 10 PM for returning clients only. For example, the July calendar opens on June 22nd at 10 PM.

Cancellations

You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment time. Failing to cancel on time will result in a fee being added before you can book again.

Refunds and Rescheduling

Refunds are only given if your appointment is canceled. You can reschedule through the booking site one time using the same deposit.

Late Arrivals

Every client has a 15 minute grace period after their appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without communication, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.

Guests

No guests are allowed at your appointment. If you need to bring someone, please let us know ahead of time.

Booking the Right Service

Please book the correct service. Each service is timed for exactly what you booked, and adding things last minute will result in a fee.

Seborrheic Dermatitis

All clients with seborrheic dermatitis must follow the strict scalp health instructions given at your appointment. Not taking care of your scalp will result in being removed as a client.

Maintenance and Routine

Not keeping up with proper maintenance or the routine given to you at your appointment will result in leaving The Loc Garden as a client.
